The Administrative/HR Intern supports multiple departments at Médecins du Monde’s Addis Ababa Coordination Office by handling routine office tasks, coordinating meetings, managing documents, and maintaining confidentiality while gaining practical experience in a humanitarian setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to all departments
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, filing and document preparation
- Coordinate meetings and events, including room reservations and material preparation
- Handle incoming calls and visitors professionally
- Maintain office supplies and cleanliness
- Support HR, Finance, Logistics and the Country Representative with documentation tasks
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Participate in onboarding sessions and staff activities
