About the Role

The Sales Engineer will drive project‑based sales of construction chemical solutions by providing technical expertise, managing full sales pipelines within SAP B1, delivering on‑site demonstrations and training, and building strong client relationships across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure large‑scale project opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial segments
  • Lead technical discussions with architects, consultants, and contractors
  • Conduct on‑site product applications and provide immediate technical support
  • Deliver training sessions to internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Prepare technical documents such as application manuals and product data sheets
  • Manage sales process within SAP B1, including orders, quotations, invoices
  • Define KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
  • Perform market intelligence on competitors and new products
  • Resolve customer complaints with cross‑functional coordination
  • Support digital marketing efforts with technical content
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, finance, and technical teams
  • Build relationships with key decision makers in the construction sector
