About the Role

The R&D Head leads the development and improvement of construction chemicals, overseeing laboratory testing, product formulation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative, compliant products.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and improve construction materials
• Lead R&D laboratory practices and product formulation
• Prepare technical reports and communicate findings
• Collaborate with quality control, sales, and support teams
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement improvements
• Maintain compliance with ASTM, EN, ISO standards
• Build and mentor high-performance R&D teams
