About the Role

Manage guest reservations, support sales and marketing activities, and deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring efficient operations and revenue maximization in a hotel environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle guest reservation requests, modifications, and cancellations via phone, email, fax or other channels
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints and concerns
  • Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, Data Administration and other departments to resolve guest issues
  • Promote Marriott services and upsell opportunities
  • Process Marriott Rewards enrollments and redemptions
  • Maintain accurate reservation records in the hotel’s system
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, reports, correspondence and email management
  • Assist Sales and Marketing with daily operational activities
  • Welcome guests professionally and provide exceptional service
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and guest information
  • Follow company policies, procedures and brand standards
  • Support training and motivation of team members when required
  • Monitor service quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Develop positive working relationships across departments
  • Prepare accurate documentation and reports as needed
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisor or management
