The Marketing and Commercial Lead drives sales growth and brand positioning for a premium honey company, overseeing commercial strategy, customer relationships, marketing execution, and cross‑functional coordination to translate market demand into revenue.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial growth plans across retail, corporate, hospitality, institutional, and export markets
- Set and track monthly/quarterly sales targets in collaboration with the CEO
- Identify and secure new customers, distributors, and strategic partners
- Build and manage a sales pipeline, including leads, follow‑ups, and revenue forecasts
- Support pricing decisions, product bundling, and promotional strategies
- Lead brand awareness activities across digital, retail, events, partnerships, and direct sales channels
- Coordinate with designers and vendors to produce marketing materials
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity
- Maintain accurate records of customers, orders, and sales performance
- Prepare weekly/monthly commercial reports and demand forecasts
- Work closely with production, inventory, logistics, and finance teams for order fulfillment
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of junior staff
- Contribute to a culture of ownership, urgency, accountability, and practical problem‑solving
