Project Manager – Centre Investment

About the Role

Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of MSI Ethiopia’s capital investment and centre relocation projects, ensuring all works are completed on schedule, within budget and to MSI’s quality and clinical‑infrastructure standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated master schedule for all investment sites
• Ensure on‑time delivery within budget and quality standards
• Translate business cases into detailed project plans and work‑breakdown structures
• Manage CapEx/OpEx budgets and monitor spend
• Coordinate procurement of medical equipment, fit‑out and civil works
• Oversee lease handover and operational set‑up of relocation sites
• Secure approvals from regulators and stakeholders
• Maintain risk register and ensure compliance with MSI standards
• Provide monthly portfolio progress, budget and risk reports
