The Facilities Engineer (Officer) supports MSI Ethiopia’s capital investment and relocation projects by ensuring all sites are technically ready, safe, compliant, and well-maintained before and during fit-out and relocation activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and technical condition assessments
- Prepare scopes of work, bills of quantities and specifications
- Supervise renovation, fit-out, electrical, plumbing and MEP works
- Maintain snag lists and verify rectifications
- Develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Coordinate utilities and building services readiness
- Ensure compliance with IPC and safety standards
- Report progress, issues and risks to project management
