The Director of Corporate Services, Communication and Strategic Partnerships will guide MSI Ethiopia’s corporate support functions, driving operational excellence in procurement, supply chain, and administration while fostering strategic partnerships, donor engagement, advocacy, and government relations to advance reproductive health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and organizational development as part of the Senior Leadership Team
- Develop and execute partnership and fundraising strategies with donors and partners
- Advocate for policy and engage government stakeholders
- Oversee corporate communications and brand management
- Ensure procurement, supply chain, fleet, facilities, and administrative services run efficiently
- Maintain compliance with policies and risk management frameworks
