The Assistant Admin and Finance Officer supports the finance team in processing payments, maintaining financial records, managing procurement, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure compliant and efficient operations within MSI Ethiopia.
Responsibilities
- Process timely payments and prepare vouchers
- Review invoices and supporting documents for compliance
- Maintain financial filing system
- Monitor petty cash and bank transactions
- Assist monthly closing and budget monitoring
- Support procurement activities including requisitions, RFQs, and purchase orders
- Track deliveries and resolve discrepancies
- Provide general administrative support and asset management
- Handle staff travel requests and HR-related settlements
