Responsible for driving, maintaining, and repairing company vehicles while coordinating logistics and liaison duties with external stakeholders to support the organization’s operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate assigned vehicle safely and maintain fuel levels
- Log mileage and fuel usage
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure maintenance schedules are met
- Keep vehicle clean and safety equipment stocked
- Manage annual inspection and insurance deadlines
- Handle liaison tasks with government offices and partners
- Distribute and collect documents, medical supplies, and invoices
- Assist in utility bill settlement and procurement processes
