The Post‑Harvest Manager leads end‑to‑end post‑harvest operations on a flower farm, driving quality, productivity and continuous improvement while managing teams and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee workflows from harvest to dispatch ensuring smooth operations
- Lead and coach teams to meet performance targets and quality standards
- Monitor KPIs, analyse data and implement corrective actions
- Apply Kaizen principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with HR, Production, farm management and external stakeholders
