The Post-Harvest Manager leads end‑to‑end operations from harvest through dispatch, ensuring quality standards, KPI achievement, and continuous improvement while managing and motivating teams on the farm.
Responsibilities
- Oversee workflows from harvest to dispatch ensuring timely delivery
- Lead, coach and inspire teams fostering accountability and collaboration
- Maintain strict quality standards under peak demand
- Drive performance by monitoring KPIs and implementing corrective actions
- Apply Kaizen principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with HR, production, farm management and external stakeholders
