Responsibilities
- Lead ERP implementation projects from requirements gathering to go-live
- Analyze client business processes and recommend best-practice solutions
- Prepare functional specifications and configure modules
- Ensure testing, UAT, deployment, data migration, integration
- Document existing processes and suggest improvements
- Conduct workshops, meetings, and presentations with clients
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide status updates
- Resolve functional issues and support users
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions
- Mentor junior consultants
- Assist in project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation
