Senior Maintenance Engineer responsible for ensuring reliable operation of production equipment and utilities in a GMP-compliant pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, leading preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC/controls issues
- Oversee utilities management (HVAC, water, air, steam, power) in GMP conditions
- Develop annual preventive maintenance plans with calibration and spare parts oversight
- Maintain GMP and EHS compliance through detailed documentation and audit support
- Coordinate maintenance activities across Production, Warehouse, QA, and Planning
- Manage external vendors as needed
