About the Role

The QC Manager leads the quality control department to ensure all pharmaceutical products meet stringent GMP, GLP, and regulatory standards through rigorous testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all QC activities including raw material, in-process, and final product testing
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation of test results, deviations, OOS findings, and investigations
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes
  • Identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities within the QC function
