About the Role

The COO leads day‑to‑day operations for a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, driving efficiency, quality, and compliance while steering strategic growth and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategy aligned with business goals
• Oversee daily operations in manufacturing, supply chain, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance
• Ensure GMP and safety standards are met
• Optimize capacity planning, production scheduling, and resource allocation
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean/Six Sigma and process automation
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive growth and profitability
