About the Role

The Branch Manager oversees all operational activities of the branch, manages staff and resources, drives sales growth, and ensures high levels of customer and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, HR, administration and sales
  • Assess local market conditions and identify sales opportunities
  • Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
  • Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
  • Provide training, coaching and motivation to staff
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
