- Oversee daily administrative operations of facility services including canteen, security, logistics, visitor and guest accommodation
- Manage vendor contracts and resolve service issues
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and security policies

- Maintain records of guest stays and expenses
- Supervise upkeep of factory surroundings and coordinate maintenance
