About the Role

The role manages day‑to‑day facility operations—ranging from canteen, security, and logistics to vendor relations and stakeholder communication—to ensure smooth functioning of the manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations of facility services including canteen, security, logistics, visitor and guest accommodation
  • Manage vendor contracts and resolve service issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and security policies
  • Coordinate event support and logistical arrangements
  • Maintain records of guest stays and expenses
  • Supervise upkeep of factory surroundings and coordinate maintenance
  • Draft and manage official correspondence with external stakeholders
  • Prepare administrative reports and support management tasks
