The Human Resources Manager will design and execute a comprehensive HR strategy to support Lovegrass Agro Processing’s growth, overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, policy compliance, and employee relations across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy to support growth
- Advising leadership on people matters
- Drive culture and engagement initiatives across locations
- Build talent acquisition strategies for technical and commercial roles
- Design succession planning and leadership development programs
- Establish performance management and reward systems
- Create L&D strategy focused on technical, safety, and agri‑business skills
- Develop HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labour laws
- Select and implement an HRIS
- Manage the HR budget
- Foster positive employee relations and well‑being programs
- Lead and mentor the HR team
