The Commercial Director will design and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, manage distribution networks, lead cross‑functional collaboration, and develop a high‑performing commercial team in Addis Ababa.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual sales, marketing and distribution strategies
- Drive revenue growth and achieve company sales targets
- Lead and manage the Sales, Marketing and Distribution Department
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
- Collaborate with Production, Finance and other functions for planning and reporting
- Provide leadership, coaching and performance management for the commercial team
