About the Role

The Operation Manager will lead all aspects of hotel operations in Dessie, ensuring high-quality guest experiences, efficient staffing, and accurate reporting while maintaining the resort’s service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast service
  • Manage reservations across platforms such as Booking.com
  • Handle guest check-in/check-out ensuring excellent customer service
  • Supervise, train, and support staff
  • Schedule staff and assign daily duties
  • Resolve guest complaints professionally
  • Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and operational issues
  • Maintain cleanliness and operational standards
