About the Role

The Program Manager will oversee project design, implementation, and evaluation, secure funding, manage budgets, and coordinate stakeholder engagement to advance LIVE-ADDIS’s development objectives in Addis Ababa.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project design, proposal writing and funding acquisition
  • Ensure timely, cost-effective execution of projects
  • Prepare and manage budgets with finance unit
  • Guide MEL personnel on monitoring plans and tools
  • Produce regular progress reports for donors and stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits and provide technical support to field staff
  • Maintain collaboration with government authorities and donor agencies
  • Coordinate resource mobilization activities and maintain supporter database
