The Program Manager will oversee project design, implementation, and evaluation, secure funding, manage budgets, and coordinate stakeholder engagement to advance LIVE-ADDIS’s development objectives in Addis Ababa.
Responsibilities
- Lead project design, proposal writing and funding acquisition
- Ensure timely, cost-effective execution of projects
- Prepare and manage budgets with finance unit
- Guide MEL personnel on monitoring plans and tools
- Produce regular progress reports for donors and stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and provide technical support to field staff
- Maintain collaboration with government authorities and donor agencies
- Coordinate resource mobilization activities and maintain supporter database
