The Performing & Visual Arts Teacher designs and delivers dynamic lessons in drama, music, dance, and visual arts, fostering creativity and confidence while coordinating school performances, exhibitions, and events.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in performing and visual arts
- Teach drama, music, dance, and visual arts across grade levels
- Develop students’ creativity, expression, and performance skills
- Differentiate instruction for diverse abilities
- Organize and direct school performances and exhibitions
- Support school-wide events such as International Day and Talent Shows
- Integrate arts into other subject areas
- Assess and report on student progress in the arts
- Manage art materials and performance resources
- Collaborate with teachers across departments
