Senior Biomedical Engineer

About the Role

Lead growth of LifeCare’s medical equipment division by developing strategies, driving sales, managing technical support, and expanding the customer base.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for the medical equipment business
• Identify market opportunities and generate demand for products
• Promote products to hospitals, clinics, NGOs, and stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage product demonstrations, installations, training, and after‑sales support
• Participate in tenders, prepare technical proposals, and support negotiations
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Lead, mentor, and expand the medical equipment team
• Coordinate with international suppliers on technical and commercial matters
