Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on pharmaceutical, healthcare, and regulatory matters
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and industry standards
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
- Support product registration and regulatory approval processes
- Review marketing materials for legal compliance
- Manage intellectual property and company legal assets
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on legal risks
