Biomedical Engineer – Medical Equipment Division Lead

About the Role

Lead the development and expansion of LifeCare Pharmaceuticals’ Medical Equipment Division by driving business growth through sales, marketing, technical support, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for the medical equipment business
• Identify market opportunities and generate demand for products and solutions
• Promote products to hospitals, clinics, NGOs, and other stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage product demonstrations, installations, training, and after-sales support
• Participate in tenders, prepare technical proposals, and support negotiations
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Lead, mentor, and expand the medical equipment team
• Coordinate with international suppliers on technical and commercial matters
