Responsibilities
- Conduct desk reviews and Key Informant Interviews with grantees and beneficiaries
- Document experiences, achievements, innovations, challenges, and lessons learned
- Analyze institutional learning and highlight success stories
- Formulate forward‑looking recommendations for future grant cycles
