The Head of Human Resources leads all HR functions—strategic planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, learning & development, compensation, compliance, and change management—to support LeoFam Group’s business objectives and cultivate a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Advise senior management on workforce planning and organizational structure
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding and employer branding
- Design performance management systems and support managers in reviews
- Create learning and development programs and succession plans
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling and engagement initiatives
- Oversee compensation, benefits and payroll compliance
- Ensure HR policy compliance and conduct audits
- Drive organizational change and diversity initiatives
- Prepare and manage the HR department budget and lead the team
