The Construction Supervisor oversees daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule and within budget while managing personnel, resources and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Lead, motivate and supervise foremen, skilled workers and laborers
- Ensure health, safety and environmental regulations are followed
- Maintain quality control documentation and coordinate corrective actions
- Coordinate activities with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and clients
