The Receptionist /Administrative Assistant provides front‑desk support, handles communication, manages administrative tasks such as calendar scheduling, document preparation, and office supplies, and assists HR with onboarding and event coordination.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintain a clean and professional reception area
- Manage visitor registration and notify employees of arrivals
- Receive, record, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Coordinate outgoing courier services and document shipments
- Prepare, type, format, and proofread business documents
- Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, arrange rooms and refreshments
- Maintain confidential files and company records
