The IT Support Officer will deliver day‑to‑day technical support, manage network infrastructure, administer systems and provide ERP assistance to ensure smooth operation of the company’s IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical support for desktops, laptops and peripherals; diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
- Install, configure and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications; set up user accounts and workstations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches and access points; assist with network security and access controls.
- Perform system maintenance, updates, backups, antivirus management and disaster recovery procedures.
- Support the CNET ERP system: provide user assistance, coordinate with vendors and maintain documentation.
- Maintain IT asset registers, software licenses and technical documentation.
