About the Role

The role provides front‑desk reception services and comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth organizational operations, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front‑desk reception and visitor interactions

  • Handle mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain visitor logs and access procedures
  • Provide administrative support to management and departments
  • Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence and reports
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings

  • Manage filing systems and record keeping
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement
