About the Role

The Senior Production & Maintenance Engineer will manage and optimize cement plant processes, ensuring equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and safety during operations and shutdowns.

Responsibilities

Oversee pyro‑process operations and optimize crushing/grinding processes
Ensure reliability of heavy machinery and conduct preventive maintenance
Implement energy efficiency measures and alternative fuel utilization
Integrate SCADA systems for process automation
Manage high‑risk shutdowns while maintaining HSE standards
