Senior Tour Operation Officer responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising inbound and domestic tour operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction while managing logistics and staff.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise inbound and domestic tour operations
- Prepare detailed itineraries and tour programs
- Coordinate hotel reservations, transportation, flights, guides, and other services
- Maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and destination partners
- Ensure smooth execution of all tours according to company standards
- Handle customer requests and resolve operational issues during tours
- Supervise tour guides and staff
- Prepare quotations and cost calculations for packages
- Monitor tour quality and customer satisfaction
- Maintain records and prepare reports
- Assist in developing new tour products
- Coordinate with sales and marketing on bookings
