About the Role

Senior Tour Operation Officer responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising inbound and domestic tour operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction while managing logistics and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise inbound and domestic tour operations
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and tour programs
  • Coordinate hotel reservations, transportation, flights, guides, and other services
  • Maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and destination partners
  • Ensure smooth execution of all tours according to company standards
  • Handle customer requests and resolve operational issues during tours
  • Supervise tour guides and staff
  • Prepare quotations and cost calculations for packages
  • Monitor tour quality and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain records and prepare reports
  • Assist in developing new tour products
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing on bookings
