About the Role

The Public Relations Officer will manage relationships with government agencies, handle licensing and regulatory compliance, and represent the company in official matters. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to support the organization’s interactions with governmental bodies.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with government departments, ministries, and regulatory bodies
  • Process and follow up on licenses, permits, registrations, and other official documentation
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and legal requirements
  • Coordinate and manage official correspondence with government offices
  • Monitor changes in government policies and regulations that may affect the organization
  • Represent the organization during meetings with government officials and external stakeholders
  • Support management with government relations strategies and administrative requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of all government-related transactions and documentation
  • Assist in resolving issues related to government approvals, inspections, and compliance matters
