The Warehouse Management Superintendent (Division Head) oversees all aspects of daily warehouse operations at Kurmuk Gold Mine PLC, ensuring efficient inventory control, timely order fulfillment, compliance with safety regulations, and continuous improvement of processes in a fast‑paced mining environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, loading and dispatching goods
- Ensure efficient use of space, equipment and manpower
- Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS/ERP systems and conduct regular stock counts
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to meet operational requirements
- Lead, train and evaluate warehouse personnel, managing shifts and scheduling
- Enforce health, safety, environmental and security standards
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for management
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost‑saving initiatives
