Responsibilities
- Supervise tailings deposition, water management, and pipeline operations
- Conduct routine inspections of embankments, beaches, seepage controls, and pipelines
- Enforce HSE standards and compliance with regulations
- Lead, mentor, and schedule TSF operators
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities
- Document daily operations and prepare reports for the Plant Superintendent
