The Supervisor – Inventory Planning, Analysis & Reporting manages end‑to‑end inventory processes at Kurmuk Gold Mine PLC, ensuring accurate stock levels, timely reporting, and efficient warehouse operations while leading a team of planners and analysts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement inventory planning strategies to maintain optimal stock levels
- Monitor inventory movements, reorder points, lead times and safety stock
- Coordinate replenishment activities based on demand forecasts
- Conduct cycle counts and physical audits, reconcile discrepancies
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly KPI reports and dashboards
- Analyze inventory trends and root cause of variances
- Oversee receiving operations and verify shipment accuracy
- Supervise, coach and evaluate inventory staff
- Develop SOPs, ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency
