About the Role

The Territory Sales Manager drives regional sales growth by leading a team of sales representatives and distributors, managing territory planning, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring effective promotion execution to achieve volume and market share targets.

Responsibilities

  • Coaching and leading sales representatives to achieve volume and market share targets
  • Managing distributor performance, training, and development
  • Planning route development and outlet prioritization
  • Monitoring POSM distribution and promotion execution
  • Analyzing territory performance data and reporting on volume, market share, and competitor practices
  • Facilitating communication between sales team, distributors, and warehouse staff
  • Ensuring compliance with in-trade execution standards
  • Developing and implementing sales plans and promotional strategies
