About the Role

The Area Sales Representative manages daily sales operations in designated regions, overseeing deliveries, outlet relationships, competitor monitoring, and promotional activities to achieve sales targets and enhance market share.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily deliveries and manage outlet relationships
  • Track competitor practices and identify growth opportunities
  • Generate orders, maintain standards, and drive sales volumes
  • Monitor distributor-truck personnel interactions with outlets
  • Plan and execute sales plans including segmentation and promotion needs
  • Measure area sales performance against targets
  • Collaborate with trade marketing team on promotions
  • Maintain POSM placement and compliance
  • Report findings to line manager
