Responsibilities
- Ensure daily deliveries and manage outlet relationships
- Track competitor practices and identify growth opportunities
- Generate orders, maintain standards, and drive sales volumes
- Monitor distributor-truck personnel interactions with outlets
- Plan and execute sales plans including segmentation and promotion needs
- Measure area sales performance against targets
- Collaborate with trade marketing team on promotions
- Maintain POSM placement and compliance
- Report findings to line manager
