About the Role

Responsible for leading and supporting KOICA’s development programs in Ethiopia, overseeing project design, implementation, monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and capacity building across agriculture, rural development, and climate sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of development cooperation programs
  • Develop project concepts aligned with national priorities
  • Oversee project implementation processes and compliance
  • Monitor performance through field missions and data analysis
  • Engage stakeholders and coordinate multi‑sectoral partnerships
  • Provide technical support for sustainable agriculture, climate adaptation, and infrastructure initiatives
  • Manage program risks and operational challenges
  • Supervise and mentor staff, consultants, and partners
  • Prepare accurate documentation and reporting
