The Field Coordinator leads the implementation of near point‑of‑care TB diagnostic services across regions, ensuring quality testing, data integration, training, and supervision while coordinating with national and regional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate regional implementation of nPOC TB diagnostics
- Provide on‑site technical assistance and troubleshooting
- Ensure adherence to national lab guidelines and SOPs
- Facilitate data entry into PlusLife, LabXpert, DHIS2 platforms
- Conduct training, mentorship and competency assessments
- Monitor laboratory performance indicators
- Support IQC/EQA activities
- Manage specimen referral systems for DST
- Prepare routine activity reports and participate in technical meetings
