Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Coordinate hiring processes and job postings
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
- Promote employee engagement and workplace culture
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
