About the Role

Supports day‑to‑day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance to ensure a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Coordinate hiring processes and job postings
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
  • Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
  • Promote employee engagement and workplace culture
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare HR documents (contracts, letters, policies)
  • Track attendance, leave, and employee data
  • Support performance appraisal processes
  • Help implement training and development programs
  • Monitor employee performance and feedback systems
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Assist in updating HR policies and procedures
