About the Role

The Manager leads end-to-end transformation of partner banks, microfinance institutions, and fintechs, integrating AI-enabled digital lending solutions while driving institutional change, regulatory engagement, and ecosystem coordination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct readiness assessments and develop transformation roadmaps for partner financial institutions
• Design and implement change management frameworks and establish Change Management Offices
• Oversee training programs and certify digital champions
• Redesign lending workflows, SOPs, and risk frameworks to support digital credit models
• Engage regulators, policymakers, and industry bodies to remove barriers to digital lending
