About the Role

The Property Administration Manager ensures accurate recording and protection of company assets, manages storage and inventory processes, coordinates utility payments, and supports facility operations across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare annual property administration plans
  • Develop and improve procedures for storage, issuing property, and inventory management
  • Conduct surprise fixed asset counts and verify balance accuracy
  • Oversee utility payments for company and international staff
  • Coordinate property administration activities across the organization
  • Advising Admin & Facilities Manager on property matters
  • Maintain equitable distribution of properties
  • Prepare bid documents with clear specifications
  • Distribute goods and services to units on time
  • Report financial status, occupancy, and lease expirations to owners
