The Junior Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient output and product quality while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines according to procedures and safety standards
• Monitor machine performance and output for efficiency and quality
• Assist in machine setup, adjustment, and preparation
• Conduct routine inspections and report malfunctions promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of machines and work areas
• Support preventive maintenance activities with maintenance teams
• Record production data accurately
• Ensure products meet quality requirements
• Follow workplace safety guidelines and company policies
• Assist senior operators to improve processes and reduce downtime
