The Junior Machine Operator assists in operating and monitoring production machinery, maintains product quality, performs routine maintenance, and supports senior staff to meet daily production targets.
Responsibilities
- Assist in operating production machines per company procedures
- Prepare machines, materials, and tools before production starts
- Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines
- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities or breakdowns
- Perform basic machine adjustments under supervision
- Ensure product quality standards are met
- Conduct basic cleaning and routine maintenance of machines
- Follow safety rules and use PPE
- Maintain accurate production records and report activities
- Support senior operators and maintenance teams as needed
- Keep the work area clean and organized
