Responsibilities
- Organize archival records and develop classification systems
- Acquire and process new archival materials
- Maintain document records and catalog cards
- Check items in/out of archives and remove outdated items
- Provide reference services to users
- Prepare descriptive records for easy access
- File documents into Official Personnel Record folders
- Preserve records through copying to film, disk or computer formats
