The General Manager will steer Geely’s strategic growth in Ethiopia, overseeing operations from import to after‑sales, driving sales, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing financial performance to establish the brand as a leading EV/Hybrid provider in East Africa.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic direction and operational excellence for Geely brand in Ethiopia
- Develop and execute 3- to 5-year business plans and annual budgets
- Drive sales targets across retail, corporate fleet, and government sectors
- Design localized marketing and brand positioning campaigns
- Oversee after-sales service workshops and spare parts inventory
- Manage supply chain logistics and customs clearance
- Own P&L responsibility and cost control
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor, environmental, and safety regulations
