Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and staff of a construction company, managing schedules, communications, document control, and office operations to ensure efficient business functioning.
Responsibilities
- Manage executives’ schedules and travel arrangements
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Maintain paper and electronic filing systems
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, emails, and calls
- Coordinate internal and external communications with clients, vendors, and staff
- Schedule meetings, conferences, and site visits
- Maintain project documentation and assist in bids and proposals
- Order office supplies and oversee equipment maintenance
- Support HR onboarding and finance invoice processing
- Assist with special projects and urgent tasks
