About the Role

Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and staff of a construction company, managing schedules, communications, document control, and office operations to ensure efficient business functioning.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executives’ schedules and travel arrangements
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Maintain paper and electronic filing systems
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, emails, and calls
  • Coordinate internal and external communications with clients, vendors, and staff
  • Schedule meetings, conferences, and site visits
  • Maintain project documentation and assist in bids and proposals
  • Order office supplies and oversee equipment maintenance
  • Support HR onboarding and finance invoice processing
  • Assist with special projects and urgent tasks
